Imagine it, live as if it were your reality, allow no detractors, assume the feeling of it, then you will merger with it and it will merge with you. Then there will be no duality – it will be come one with what you desire.

Robert discusses seven key factors that help emotional healing.They are:

1. Start where you are – give space to heal

2. Be honest about how you feel – keep smiling unless you feel like crying, do not localise your feelings, be open to the feeling that is causing it.

3. Feel your feelings all the way through to the other side. Felling has only one ambition in life, that is to that it wants to be felt.

4. Pain is resistance. When you fight your feelings, its you who always ends up hitting the canvas.

5. Keep breathing, because it improves your chances of happiness!

6. There is no such thing as negative emotions, treat your feelings they way you would like to be treated.

7.Shift happens when you let go…
