Coconut sambal (Polsambal)
- Scraped coconut (desiccated coconut microwaved with 1/4 cup of milk)
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Green chilli
- garlic, curry leaves, salt, pepper, red chillies/ or chillie powder 1 table spoon
- Line/lemon juice
Grind chillies, garlic, salt and chopped onion with curry leaves and salt and pepper. Once they are very finely grounded add the coconut and grind. Add lime juice and mix them well.
