Batter fried couliflower

fresh couliflower



1 couli flower
1 liter of oil
200g flour
1 tsp turmeric(for the batter)
1kg onion
3 cloves of garlic
curry leaves
salt and pepper


Cut the couli flower into small pieces

Batter fry the couli flower until golden brown

Leave it over night to drain the oil

Cut the onions and garlic

Temper the onions, garlic, and curry leaves until golden brown.

Add the batter fried couli flower to the onions
