Hoppers

Rice(or rice flour) 1kg

Yeast 1 tsp

Sugar 2 Tbps

Water 1/2 glass

slices of bread 2

Coconut milk 1-2 cans (2 coconuts thick milk)

Soak rice over night. The next morning grind soaked rice using coconut milk. Drain the mixture and add the yest, sugar and bread. Keep this mixture to rise until evening. Once it has risen, in the evening add salt to taste and if required an egg(to make sure that it does not stick to the pan).
