Milk pudding

 

Ingredients

I pint milk
¾ ounce semolina
1 tablespoon sugar
4 desert spoonful cornflour

Method

  1. Boil the milk
  2. Add semolina
  3. Keep on stiring well
  4. Add the sugar
  5. Cook until the mixture thickens
  6. Remove from the heat
  7. Beat in the cornflour
